1. PROMOTER

2. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The sweepstakes begins on 07/01/2025 at 5:00pm and ends on 07/30/2025 at 11:59pm. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered valid.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• Open only to legal residents of the state of Florida.
• Minimum age: 18 years as of the closing date.
• Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Fill out the required form (name, email, phone number).
• Click “Submit and Enter.”

Option B (Optional Purchase or Service):

• After submitting your entry, you may be offered a promotional service from mitigation services.
• Choosing this offer does not improve your chances of winning.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• A random drawing from all valid entries will be conducted on 07/31/2025.
• The winner will be contacted via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

7. PRIZE CLAIM

• The winner must respond to the Promoter’s contact within ten (10) business days.
• If the winner fails to respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

• The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes, as well as any transportation or installation fees.
• A 1099-MISC tax form may be issued if required.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Promoter is not responsible for lost entries, technical errors, network interruptions, or damages beyond its reasonable control.

10. CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in bad faith.
